Tyler took ownership of the business in 2020. Before that he was a resident of North Dakota where he completed his education in the HVAC field. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family! He also volunteers for his local fire department. 

Alex joined the team when Tyler purchased the business in 2020 as an office administrator and dispatcher. She enjoys knitting, spending time with her family, and reading! 

Karli joined the team in 2022 as an office administrator and dispatcher, however she has known the Rupe family for many years. She is a mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys reading and going on walks with her two dogs!
